Positive: Lovely location, the restaurant was accommodating and very friendly staff

Negative: Our rooms ac did not work for the last two days, the staff was rude to our family members who were not staying at the hotel they complaint that they had a coffee from the lounge very rudely, taxis were not available all the time to this location which was a bummer because we have a baby, there was a leak in our bathroom and they let the door open for an entire day and they never ended up fixing it

Positive: Restaurant was great. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. Room service was very good.

Negative: the shower/tub partition was only partial. hence water would escape onto the bathroom floor.
